Growing up, I along with many others have been told to keep our naps between 20-30 minutes. 30 minute naps can be hard to adhere to when you are in University but you risk the chance of oversleeping and actually sluggishly waking up.
Experts say, go ahead, listen to your body when it is tired. There are many health benefits to napping.
